Q: Where are you located?
A: We are in the United States near Seattle Washington.
Q: How long does shipping normally take?
A: Shipping is USPS First Class.
USA = 4-8 Business days
Canada = 7-12 Business days
International = 12-14 Business days.
Q: What is your turnaround time? When do you ship out?
A: We try and ship the same day order is placed if possible. All orders are processed in the order they are received, but during busy times and holidays, we might not be able to ship for 24-48 hrs. You will receive a confirmation and/or tracking number when package is shipped. (Unfortunately at this time tracking numbers are only available for US customers.)
Q: Are all of your DVDs original Studio Release DVDs?
A: No they are not. Although we strive to provide the best video and sound quality possible the quality on the DVDs can range. Most are 9 to 10 out of 10, but some are 7.5 or higher. We always try to note in the listing if the quality is not up to our standards. Please read our Legal Disclaimer for more information.
Q: Do any of your DVDs include cases & artwork?
A: No. All of our DVDs come in paper sleeves with no art work due to problems that can arise from the ink used.
Q: If I have a show request can I email you?
A: Most certainly you can! We love getting special requests and always try our very best to locate any title you might be looking for. Please Email us at RewatchClassicTV@gmail.com.
Q: Are all your DVDs in English & do they contain foreign subtitles?
A: All of our DVDs are in English and most DO NOT contain any subtitles. This unfortunately includes no subtitles for the hearing impaired. However, some may have them. Be sure to read the title description for more information.
Q: Will your DVDs work in the UK, Australia & Asia or any other country other than the US & Canada?
A: Yes they will, all of our DVDs are region free and will play on most DVD/Blu Ray Players, PS4, & Xbox Systems and should also work on your laptop/PC. All but the earliest generation of DVD players will play DVD-R disks. If you have a question about your particular player, please consult your player's owner guide, it will tell you if your player will play DVD-R disks.
Q: Do you offer any kind of refunds if I'm not happy?
A: We DO NOT offer any kind of refund. However we will replace any defective DVDs that you may have. PLEASE NOTE: Replacement DVDs are done one time only - should the problem still occur with the replacement disc then it is assumed that your playback device does not play DVD-R media. Again, we DO NOT offer any kind of cash refund or credit for customers with this issue.
Q: I paid for my order with an Amazon E-Gift card and my purchase was actually lower then what the payment was that I sent. How do I get a refund on the overage?
A: Unfortunately, Rewatch Classic TV DOES NOT offer any kind of cash refund. If you overpay with an Amazon eGift card we will credit the remaining amount to your account and email you with a code to use at checkout on a future purchase.
Q: Is my order secure?
A: Our website is 100% secure & your order and your personal information is always kept confidential. WE NEVER SELL OR TRADE your personal information with any other company. EVER!!! We always want you to feel confident when ordering from RewatchClassicTV.com.
Q: My DVDs seem to be missing episodes!
A: Please note that we do offer some titles that may only have a handful of episodes. These incomplete collections should be noted as such. Also, on the complete DVD sets if you think you are missing episodes, be sure to check for the arrow on the bottom left to scroll through pages - sometimes you can’t see it with the different colored backgrounds on the menu screens.
Q: It’s been awhile and my DVDs haven't arrived. When will I be getting them?
A: First, please check to make sure you actually made a payment with your order. If you paid with a credit card, know that Rewatch Classic TV does not take or process credit or debit cards directly. You would have paid with an Amazon.com electronic gift card. Please check your email for a confirmation of the payment from Amazon.com before emailing us.
Q: How fast will I get my order?
A: If your item is in stock most often it will ship the next business day. Depending on where you live, most US orders should arrive within one week. If you live out of the US please realize that your package might be handled by several mail carrier companies before being delivered. Plus, your package might have to go through customs. One way to make sure that delivery happens as soon as possible is to make sure you give us the correct address as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. (Please include items like ST or Ave, and any suite or apartment numbers). Once the DVDs have left our facility, we have no control over delivery. In the US we most always ship using First Class postage and a tracking number will be provided with the estimated date of arrival.
Q: Will your DVDs play in my DVD Player?
A: Approx 90% of all DVD Players/Ps4 & Xbox Systems will play our DVDs worldwide. As far as we know all newer machines play DVD-r and DVD+r discs. We use DVD-r discs. It is always a good idea to check your machines owner’s manual to know for sure before ordering. It is your responsibility to make sure that they will as there is NO REFUNDS.
