“Steve Austin, Astronaut – A man barely alive . . . Gentlemen, we can rebuild him . . . we have the technology. We have the capability to make the world’s first bionic man. Steve Austin will be that man. Better than he was before. Better, Stronger, Faster.”

Step back into the action-packed 1970s with The Six Million Dollar Man, the groundbreaking sci-fi adventure series that became a cultural phenomenon. Starring Lee Majors as Colonel Steve Austin, a former astronaut turned secret agent, this classic show follows Austin after he is rebuilt with bionic technology following a near-fatal crash. With superhuman strength, speed, and vision, he takes on high-stakes missions for the government, becoming a one-man force against criminal masterminds, foreign agents, and even rogue cyborgs.

This complete DVD collection features all five seasons of thrilling episodes where Steve Austin fights for justice using his bionic abilities. As the action intensifies, he faces off against deadly enemies and takes on impossible missions that only a bionic man could tackle.

In 1975, a two-part episode titled "The Bionic Woman", written for television by Kenneth Johnson, introduced the lead character Jaime Sommers (played by Lindsay Wagner), a professional tennis player who rekindled an old romance with Austin, only to experience a parachuting accident that resulted in her being given bionic parts similar to Austin. Ultimately, her body "rejected" her bionic hardware and she died. The character was very popular, however, and the following season it was revealed that she had survived, having been saved by an experimental cryogenic procedure, and she was given her own spin-off series, The Bionic Woman. This series ran until 1978 when both it and The Six Million Dollar Man were simultaneously cancelled, though the two shows were on different networks when their final seasons aired.

Notable guest stars during the series included Farrah Fawcett, Lindsay Wagner, Stefanie Powers, William Shatner, Marty Markham, Donna Mills, George Takei, Gary Lockwood, Chuck Connors, Sonny Bono, Erik Estrada, Rodney Allen Rippy, Louis Gossett, Jr., Pernell Roberts, Andre the Giant, Cathy Rigby, Ted Cassidy, John Saxon, Sandy Duncan, Flip Wilson, Elke Sommer, Frank Gifford, Greg Evigan, Joan Van Ark, Dick Van Patten, Vincent Van Patten, Adam Rich, Ray Walston, Dick Sargent, Kim Basinger, Beverly Garland, Yvonne Craig, Peter Breck, Gerald McRaney, Robert Loggia, Rick Springfield, Suzanne Somers, Eric Braeden, John de Lancie, Anthony Geary, Jared Martin, Lloyd Bochner.

Special Note: Martin Caidin, the author of the Cyborg novels from which the series was based, made an appearance as G.H. Beck in the two-part episode Deadly Countdown.

This mega 40-disc set features all 100 episodes, the crossover episodes from The Bionic Woman series, plus the 3 made for TV pilot movies and five DVDs packed full of bonus material including the three Majors/Wagner reunion movies!

With its blend of science fiction, espionage, and superhero action, The Six Million Dollar Man remains a beloved classic. This collection is packed with all the unforgettable moments, groundbreaking special effects, and high-stakes drama that made the series a hit. Relive the adventures of Steve Austin as he battles enemies, protects the world, and proves time and again that he's "better, stronger, faster."
