"The Angel Doll" Young Jerry Barlow's (Gil Johnson) best friend Whitey Black (Cody Newton) lives in poverty with his mother and his ailing little sister. Whitey saves all the money he earns delivering newspapers to buy an “angel doll” for his sister for Christmas. When Whitey's money is stolen just a few days before Christmas, Jerry secretly replaces the money and is forever changed by the joy of his selfless gift.

Also stars Keith Carradine as the adult Jerry Barlow.

Original filmed for UK theater release in 2002, aired in the US on Lifetime in 2004.
