BRADY BRIDES, THE + THE BRADY GIRLS GET MARRIED (NBC 1981) RARE!! BROADCAST QUALITY!! Maureen McCormick, Eve Plumb, Jerry Houser, Ron Kulhman, Robert Reed, Florence Henderson, Ann B. Davis, Barry Williams, Christopher Knight, Mike Lookinland, Susan Olson
Relive the magic of one of America's favorite TV families, the beloved Brady Bunch in the heartwarming The Brady Girls Get Married and follow up series The Brady Brides. Join the iconic family as they return for a double dose of romance and laughter!
"The Brady Girls Get Married" reunites the entire Brady clan (Robert Reed, Florence Henderson, Barry Williams, Maureen McCormick, Christopher Knight, Eve Plumb, Mike Lookinland and Susan Olson), along with former housekeeper and friend Alice (Ann B. Davis) in a joyful celebration of love when both Marcia and Jan each find true love and simultaneously announce their plans to marry.
Watch as Marcia (McCormick) meets fun-loving toy salesman Wally Logan (Jerry Houser) and Jan (Plumb) meets science professor Philip Covington III (Ron Kuhlman) as they fall in love and begin to navigate the joys and challenges of wedding planning, sibling rivalry, and the blending of families. With the support and antics of their siblings, and the guiding wisdom of their parents, Mike (Reed) and Carol (Henderson), the Brady girls prepare for their special day in classic Brady style.
Although scheduled to be shown in its original full-length film format, NBC decided at the last minute to divide it into half-hour segments and show one part a week for three weeks. The fourth week continued their story with a spin-off sitcom titled The Brady Brides.
Now newlyweds, Marcia and Jan decide to share a home with their husbands, leading to a unique and often hilarious cohabitation arrangement as the four adjust to married life under one roof. Only Carol and Alice drop by for this 7-episode series, but you won’t want to miss when guest star Bob Eubanks invites the couples to be on his show The Newlywed Game.
Sadly, The Brady Girls Get Married proved to be the only time the entire cast worked together on a single project following the cancellation of the original series, but now the story continues with this rare DVD set. Get your copy today!
